Required for a Leading Investment Bank in Mumbai  Role: Debt syndication  Experience: 1-3 years  Job Description  Deal specific tasks  1. Prepare term sheet and investment memorandum for syndication deals   2. Conduct background research on the client and industry to enable syndication team to respond to questions that may come from investors   3. Help the team to manage the syndication calendar including book running process for each syndication deal   4. Seek NTA or NTA lite approval for each syndication deal   Post Syndication tasks   1. File executed syndication legal documents in Diamond   2. Send original copies of executed syndication legal documents for archiving   3. Provide on-going update to syndication partners on each deal on a regular and ad hoc basis in close cooperation with Portfolio team  Tasks - Weekly / Bi-weekly / Monthly / Quarterly tasks  1. Prepare and circulate a weekly update on credit markets including spreads on indices and spread levels for deals executed in the market   2. Prepare and circulate the pipeline for the bi-weekly syndication call   3. Prepare and circulate a monthly credit report on companies that are in Commodities Portfolio and also companies that are prospective clients including maturity breakdown and spread level for their debt  4. Provide relevant inputs for the quarterly MIS for Commodities  Ad hoc tasks  1. Maintain a database of potential syndication partners across regions  2. Maintain a summary database of all syndicated deals
