- Profile for Debt Syndication involves Syndication of project debt obligations both new and expansion projects;

- Syndication of long- term and short-term debt for corporate customers, and designing, financing and implementing structured products;

- Securitization and Debt Refinancing.

- Achieving targeted fee based income & maintaining and enhancing business quality would be the important responsibilities.

- Origination, appraisal & placement would be the 3 important dimensions of this profile
