Debt Finance Manager - Investment Banking

Our client is a large bank in the region. We are hiring a Manager Debt Group - Investment banking.

- 3-5 years experience in complex corporate and project finance advisory transactions.

- These would include syndications, structuring and placement of fixed income, structured finance transactions, financial analysis, due diligence, financial modeling .

Qualification : MBA/CFA/ equivalent

- Candidates from Big 4, Rating Agencies, Credit research firms, Project finance advisory companies.

Role -

- Analyse and understand the client's business and evaluate the client's objectives for the debt transaction.

- Analyse and develop complex financial models for transactions.

- Prepare information memoranda, presentations and term sheets for transactions.

- Support in syndication and placement of transactions.

- Support in review and negotiation of transaction documentation

- Lead and coordinate on transaction execution.
