Debt Capital Market -NBFC Company - Mumbai

Job Purpose This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising activity for the company. Fund raising would be in form of market instruments i.e. CP and NCD

Role - Dealing with market participants for fund raising through CP and NCDs

- Meeting with the bankers/ mutual funds/ insurance companies

- Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes

- Timely completion of compliances

- Preparing timely treasury related MIS

- Managing relationships with intermediaries

- Preparation of Information Memorandum / proposals for investors

- Using market intelligence to propose borrowing timing

- Managing ALM and reporting to ALCO
