Debt Capital Market Role - Banking

Position - Debt Capital Market.

Location - Mumbai.

Job Role : 

- Responsible for structuring and executing debt financing transactions under DCM space.

- Placement of debt market products to various market participants,insurance Companies,FIIs,Family Offices,NBFCs,Corporates etc.

- Origination of transactions for under DCM.

- To provide analytical support to generate tailored funding.

- Preparation of Internal credit memos,investor teasers, presentations, term sheets etc.

- Laisoning with rating agencies, and people involved in tax, regulatory, legal matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent Networking ability with market participants for Origination and Placement of deals.

- Understanding of debt market and latest developments in the market and regulations with regard to same,

- Skilled in negotiation, modelling and documentation.

- Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis.

- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Preferred Qualification MBA/Professional qualification.
