Dean - School of Management

Will handle the following responsibilities for a reputed Private deemed University for their Management Program:

- Attracting, developing and retaining academics that are renowned in their field to ensure that the institute has a strong academic reputation

- Lead the academics for the School of Management for the institution

- Assist Technology and Business programs of the institution

- Recruit, Coach and mentor the faculty and ensuring innovative and advanced student learning programs

- Providing an excellent student experience for all students and ensure they feel stretched and challenged

- Building a reputed and credible academic brand

- Work with the industry in Bangalore and the rest of the country for Placement initiatives

- Manage UG and PG Management program

- General planning, providing Leadership and Strategic Management including overall direction 

- Organizing conference, building external relationships, launching academic journal and case banks - in tune with the above identified directions.

- Complete academic administration, identifying faculty requirements and identifying visiting faculty; leading and mentoring of team of large faculty members

- Putting in place a more-effective admission process; marketing the program to the desired target market; increasing visibility

Candidate:

- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute

- PhD

- Minimum 10 years of post PhD teaching experience in a reputed Management Institute

- Should be currently a DEAN or ASSOCIATE DEAN
