Job Title : Dean Academics - Information Technology / Applied Science

Qualifications and Experience:

1. The ideal candidate should work on product based company.

2. The candidate should have Master's degree in the field of computer science, computer application, data science, mathematics or statistics with 5-6 years of work experience in training and education in computer science and IT.

3. The person with a PhD would be preferred.

4. We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented leader to fulfill their responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare syllabus, programs and instruction materials and deliver the same for the one year cadets program of the University with the help of in house and guest faculty in the field.

2. Identify the learning need and gap of employees and structure programs in coordination with their mentors to fill these gaps.

3. Coordinate with certain universities in organizing and running the two year Master's Program.

4. Take primary responsibility for a system driven monitoring of employee's learning progress.

5. Motivate and engage the team on the path to excellence.

6. Define the metrics to evaluate employees for each course.
