The University, established in 2008 is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab. It has the sole aim of providing excellence in education to the budding engineers and technocrats .

Spread over 35 acres of land with Huge Campus area, Hostel facility offering Management, Engineering & Polytechnic courses. Setting up of a Law Institute and the Institute of Higher Studies are also under active consideration in the very near future.

We are looking for a Dean of Academics for the college near Ludhiana, Punjab.

Position: DEAN of Academics

Qualification & Experience: An Eminent Academician holding He/She must possess Doctorate Degree from
University of National/International eminence. At-least 15 years experience of Academia, MDP, training, consultancy and Industry. Outstanding academic research and publications preferably in high impact refereed Journals and Books etc.

- Prior experience as a HOD/Director/Professor or Principal in National level institute. The person should have experience in academic administration and industry & global exposure with eminence in his / her field.
To provide leadership and vision to the College's administration, academic programs, curriculum development, and faculty and staff development. contributes to overall planning and development.

- To provide leadership and advocacy for strategic and budgetary planning; faculty and staff recruitment, development, and evaluation; excellence in teaching, creative activity, research, and scholarship; community relations; curricular and fiscal management; enrollment and marketing planning; student
recruitment and retention; program review; and accreditation.

- Responsible for keeping the appropriate records for program assessment and for ensuring that the college follows relevant accreditation standards.

Location: Punjab near Ludhiana

Above position carry lucrative pay packages and shall be placed in apex pay band. Deserving candidate with outstanding track record and proven competency in academia, MDPs research and consultancy can AIM / expect higher salaries.
