DealShare - Senior Manager - Warehouse Process Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Warehouse Process initiatives and changes to meet business objectives

- Optimize the existing processes and improve cost / assest and resource efficiencies in the system

- Identify new Product requirements and collaborate with the Product team to enable the design and implementation

- Ensure timely completion of projects with the defined objectives by aligning various stakeholders

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and enabling technology

- Strong in first principles problem solving and data analytics

- Strong Stakeholder Management

- Strong experience in building and running program Management Office

- Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macro, R and SQL , skills would be a plus.

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory Experience:

- Experience of 3-4 years in a process excellence / program management / central operations control tower

- Experience on 1-2 years in warehouse operations

Preferred Experience - Experience in operations role in FMCG / E-Commerce/ FMCD/Fashion Industry
