Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the Program Management Office to drive the success of various strategic initiatives
- Identify new Product requirements and collaborate with the Product team to enable the design and implementation
- Optimize the existing processes and build in efficiencies in the system
- Ensure timely completion of projects with the defined objectives by aligning various stakeholders
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong in first principles problem solving and data analytics
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Strong experience in building and running program Management Office
- Possesses strong analytical and numerical skills with strong experience of Excel, including Macros, V-Lookups and Pivot Tables. R and SQL skills would be a plus.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Interactions:
- Internal Stakeholders: Warehouse Operations, Product Team, Central Leadership Team
- External Stakeholders: As required
Travel Frequency:
- The role does not necessitate any travel. However, there could be a requirement for ad-hoc travel for specific projects.
Candidate Profile:
Mandatory Experience:
- Experience of 3-8 years in front-end management consulting
Preferred Experience:
- Preferably from MBB having worked in FMCG/ FMCD/ Ecommerce Clients
