Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive customer acquisition via performance marketing channels for multiple geographies across the country working with in-house teams responsible for driving revenue and growth.
- Strategize, implement, and actively manage campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Experiment with a lot of creatives (static and video) and messaging and optimize the campaigns, the primary target is to increase the reach and minimize the CAC
- Work on yearly, quarterly, and monthly media plans with the brand managers and internal teams. - Ensuring targets are achieved for the same.
- Measure all campaigns effectively and report on weekly/monthly basis
- Identify and connect with publishers to run CPA, CPL campaigns for high levels of relevant traffic
- Create SOP's, best practices, and assist in developing process documents
- Explore new mass market channels and think from a growth hacker's mindset, for frugal new user acquisition
- Work on evaluating the best standard practice and work towards making a playbook for mass market user acquisition
- Manage & improve organic traffic through good SEO work
- Optimize campaigns ongoing with defined CPT & ROAS benchmarks
- Make periodic reviews to teams and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 4-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Fluent in Google AdWords, Facebook ads, Google Analytics. (certifications preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to develop new advertising and campaign strategies that increase performance over time.
- Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
- Experience of analytics tools like Clevertap, ability to work with basic SQL queries will be an advantage
- A strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborated with cross-functional team members and agencies
