Position: Manager / Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Non IT (Supply Chain / Operations)

Location - Bangalore / Gurgaon / Mumbai

The position manages end to end Talent Acquisition lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for DealShare's Supply Chain vertical.

The Supply chain TA team owns Talent engagement, Screening, Candidate Experience and Onboarding inline with our Talent Strategy.

Key Responsibilities for the position include:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition :

- Develop deep talent pool in the assigned geography / region for Supply Chain / Operations vertical in-line with the DealShare Talent Strategy.

- Develop day to day communication including Job descriptions, Job adverts and Social media posts.

- Drive the sourcing effort and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the business requirement and within the committed timelines.

- Optimise sourcing strategy including the pitch, sourcing platform and talent funnel in-line with short and medium term Talent Acquisition Plans.

Conversion and Talent Experience:

- Pre-screen candidate profiles to ensure good fitment as per skill and experience matrix for the Open positions.

- Drive hiring process for identified candidates managing stakeholders and mitigating roadblocks.

- Lead Offer negotiations with the candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.

- Own candidate experience for the assigned positions.

Stakeholder Management :

- Manage stakeholders including leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of talent acquisition plans.

Desired Education and Experience:

- 6 - 10 years end to end Talent Acquisition Experience in high growth Startup Environment

- Minimum Graduate, MBA Preferred.

- Must have startup experience

- Must have experience hiring for Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations domain preferably for eCommerce startup (Growth)

Desired Skillset :

- Hustling

- Exceptional sourcing and Headhunting skills

- Highly self-motivated

- High on Listening skills, process and detail orientation

- Ability to translate job requirements from hiring managers into Job Description and Job Posts

- Effective personal communication skills - Verbal as well as Written

- Strong problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

- Team player, inclined to share best practices and Must have a collaborative and easy going approach with teammates
