Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the PnL (50 Cr+) of a certain geography

- Own the category depth, category assortment and pricing for that geography

- Consumer retention for the specific geography / region

- Devise a pricing strategy with the help of sourcing team

- Execute that pricing strategy on a daily / fortnightly basis

- Have experience in comp intelligence in terms of pricing and assortment of the competition

- Responsible for the EBIDTA of the region

- Responsible for the new user acquisition program and the CAC for that particular region with support from acquisition team / Pod

- Build and get the fraud control algorithms and fraud control team

- Observe the consumer complaints trend and address it with relevant stake holders

- Observe the delivery issues trend and address it with relevant stake holders

- Devise and execute the communication and push marketing strategy for the region with support from communication team

- Devise and execute app marketing campaigns

- Grow the WA / Telegram user engagement with support from WA / telegram team

- Responsible for the city level capacity utilization given by the operations team

Must Haves:

- A proven PnL (50 Cr+) head with excellent stake holder management skills and a desire to solve hard problems by relooking them from a fresh perspective to create disruption

- Proven track record of working across functions and interacting with peer / subordinates / seniors and getting the strategy executed with perfection

- Strong practical knowledge of the Retail / e-com / social commerce space with deep networks across organisations and peer groups for team building as well

- A strong desire to solve problems and not take no for an answer

- Competent at building teams in various subfunctions and able to run at a fast pace required to suit the needs of a fast paced organisation like DealShare

- Development and administration of people management protocols in the region

- MBA from a tier 1 college

- Should have an excellent go getter and problem solving attitude towards problems ranging from inventory management, pricing, Retail, operations, customer satisfaction and consumer feedback

- The candidate needs to have excellent stake holder management skills. In this role the candidate will have to manage the expectation and targets given by the founders and manage the stake holders namely - Operations, sourcing and tech

- The candidate will be responsible for the entire revenue and EBITDA for the certain geography.
