Manager - Business Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Process Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Performing requirements analysis. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with other stakeholder teams across business like sales, Marketing, finance, Operations, compliance to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with Tech, Product, managerial, and executive teams.

- Effective Communication and Interaction: Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate stakeholders.

- Documentation: Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

- Leadership and Training: Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- Resource Management: Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing and Perform quality assurance

Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis in a related field.

- B.Tech/ B.E or an MBA from Tier1, Tier 2 College.

- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skill
