- 7 to 8 years of leadership experience in growth roles.
- Have in depth understanding of all category (Commodity, FMCG, GM, F&V).
- Price Benchmarking & Capable of doing Buying & selling across categories at the most competitive rate.
- Should be able to design the Assortment strategy for a specific region/group of regions based on the TG.
- Should able to debate with Vendor like Merabo, Others for getting appropriate service as per defined strategy.
- From Consumer Internet, Startup, Retail/ FMCG sectors.
- Engineering Graduate / MBA / Bcom.
