- 4 to 8 years of leadership experience in growth roles.

- Have in depth understanding of all category (Commodity, FMCG, GM, F&V).

- Price Benchmarking & Capable of doing Buying & selling across categories at the most competitive rate.

- Should have taken care of 300+ Stock Keeping Units (Sku's)

- should have done Demand Planning.

- should have done Chain Planning.

- Should be able to design the Assortment strategy for a specific region/group of regions based on the Target Group.

- From Consumer Internet, Startup, Retail/ FMCG sectors.

- Engineering Graduate / MBA / Bcom
