- Should be able to develop scalable strategies for customer acquisition and retention, based on the TG behavior
- Consumer/user traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for a specific region/group of regions
- Lead business critical special projects involving stakeholders across functions like marketing, operations, category etc
- Should be able to debate with Marketing Agency (Merabo, Others) for getting appropriate service as per defined strategy
- From Consumer Internet, Startup, Retail/ FMCG sectors
- Engineering Graduate / MBA from reputed Institutions
