Operations Leader - Director / Sr Director

We are hiring for a growth leader in SCM, having good leadership experience.

- 8 to 10 years of leadership experience in growth roles

- Have in depth understanding of WH & Logistic Operations. More focus on WH Operations

- Should be able to do cost optimisation of all aspects under Warehousing and part logistic as well

- Have experience of Design, Drive & Deliver on the expansion strategy across cities and States

- Manage the WH operations of PAN India

- Should be able to debate with Client/Vendors like Merabo and others, on meeting defined Metrics for WH Operations and getting appropriate logistic service as per defined strategy

- Have handled multi WH in multi locations

- Have handled at least 250 - 300 SKU in B2C verticals

- From Consumer Internet, Startup, Retail/ FMCG sectors , Grocery Sector experience of at least 1 year is a must.

- Engineering Graduate / MBA
