Responsibilities: - Work with Category Lead and cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing initiatives to drive engagement and to help achieve business objectives like new customer acquisition, customer retention. - Understanding customer behaviour through data mining and market research, and using data insights to drive actions - Own customer experience jointly with other stakeholders such as buying, operations and product - Responsible for marketing of the assigned categories which includes the following action areas Positioning Pricing strategy Competition Benchmarking Communication and promotion Customer acquisition and retention to the category - Responsible for P/L management for E-Commerce sales - Plan and execute brand building campaigns including ATL and BTL activities - Identify new sales opportunities that could help drive further sales Desired Skills and Experience : - Highly motivated, outcome-driven individual with strong business and analytical skills - 1+ years of marketing experience in eCommerce/FMCG/Retail/ brand. - High attention to detail and problem solving ability - Good written, verbal and presentation skills - Great attitude and ability to learn quickly - Ability to drive things in a fast paced start-up environment
