Position: Associate Director - HRBP - Supply Chain / Operations

Location - Bangalore

The position is responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle for the assigned supply chain people org.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end employee life cycle for the assigned people org.

- Partner with business leadership and other stakeholders to understand HR needs of the assigned people org, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters.

- Drive the agenda on employee engagement.

- Develop assessment matrix to assess current skillsets, identify skill gaps and create effective talent development and talent management processes to ensure people success.

- Review the policies, processes, R&R programs to benchmark with Industry best practices.

- Provide inputs to HR and business leadership to enhance productivity, optimize organizational design and structure, strategic talent acquisition, talent management and supporting day-to-day operations.

Desired Education and Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in HRBP roles with desired experience in Retail /eCom, FMCG / FMCD, Pharma, BFSI domain

- Post graduation from premier B-school

- Must have experience working in a high growth start-up environment

- Must have experience managing a small team directly
