- Dealer and Network Development Manager - Automobile Industry / Gurgaon

- Development and revision of EOR guidelines as per New Product Introductions for new network channels (container setups / OSTS) and assist the regional team/dealer on its implementation at ground level.

- Due diligence of new dealership applicants, Implementation of dealership infrastructure and brand guidelines, layout finalization, look and feel, branding, furniture etc. as per PRO norms.

- Civil up-gradation of existing dealership facilities as per PRO norms, Brand Refresh

- Co-ordination with vendors for site recce, design finalization, installation, co-ordination with marketing and brand team for approvals for deviations and resolution of issues on dealer identity. Development of PRO Lounge / Experience

- Centers across network as per business requirements.

- Corporatized Dealership Proposals, Justification and Implementation of Corporatized dealerships, preparing business cases, infrastructure requirements, container facilities, order and procurement of containers, IPR & PO, dispatch of containers, installation and readiness.

- Dealer Grievances co-ordination with regional team on dealer grievances and pending issues/claims, compilation and monitoring of updates action plans, escalation and report to Dealer Management Group. Understand dealer financial reports and analyzing the same to suggest improvements.

- Empanelment of vendors for dealer Tools, Equipment, Uniform, Brand and Product postures, Publication Kits and Training manual along with VEPDC/CDC/Brand team. Vendor due diligence, shortlisting, costing, ordering, dispatch and installation across dealerships.
