DealBerg.com has entered the B2B - Ecommerce space in India to transform the way procurement specialist across enterprises procure their business requirements in the most efficient way.

CTO will be responsible for driving the product and technology roadmap right from the scratch. Our intuitive and artificially intelligent platform is being built on Dot Net + ASP and ofcource now needs a lead and mentor to take care of the product development.

Identify opportunities and risks for the constant innovation / improvement of the company's platform & services through technology.

Must understand the business needs of an "B2B - eCommerce" product company serving multiple product lines and multiple geographies and be knowledgeable about the current and new upcoming technologies being used. He or she provides the vision for the future of client technology and how it can contribute to overall success

Key Areas of Expertise:

- Out of the box thinker- Must be the Owner and key driver contributing to the product roadmap and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing the road map for on time deliverables

- Design, develop and deploy new products, product features, backed systems, and ensure delivery as per release plan. Know the entire platform and system architecture in both macro and micro- detail

- Build a strong technology team with the aim of eventually designating engineers in the team as "Technical Leads" and delegating to them the work of guiding the technical direction of more and more projects

- Build backend tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, production, management, etc., and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and development features

- The experience of having been in platform/ product software engineering for at least 8 or more years

- Strong proficiency across multiple backend & frontend technologies

- Working experience in Mobile technology, IOS & Android Native app development is a must

- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application / Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, tablets and optimizing output to match the specific platform

- Obsession with quality and customer experience

- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment

- Active team player who will establish healthy working relationships and lead others by example
