The digital marketing manager will be the lead for driving digital strategy, media planning & communication for De Beers Forevermark. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of India specific marketing plans, interactions with agencies & working closely with the Indian team and London/Milan central teams. This role will require occasional travel across India.

HIS / HER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ENTAIL

- Managing the content, creative as well as media for all Digital campaigns for the brand

- Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, WhatsApp marketing and 3P Marketplace campaigns

- Delivering the campaigns on time and on budget based on brand objectives

- Working closely with the E-Commerce team to develop campaigns that drive best in class ROI

- Assist the brand & retail team to develop best in class CoOp campaigns across digital media - Includes planning, Knowledge sharing and roll out

- Maintain brand identity consistency across campaigns

- Analysis of competition digital activities and understanding of the latest initiatives in digital and social media

- Preparation of briefs for agencies and analysis and interpretation of the results of campaigns

- Monitoring of partners' usage of the Forevermark Intellectual Property and trademark following brand guidelines.

- His /Her deliverable will include increase in brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connect

KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

- Proven expertise in handling full stack digital marketing campaigns for large brands

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

- Ability to drive better performance via campaigns by Continuous optimization - Build TG based user funnels and Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Similar web, Khoros)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DV360, Other Programmatic Platforms)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords & Facebook/Instagram campaigns

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, Communication skills, team player, digital first thought leadership

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Postgraduate in marketing / digital management from a premier management institute

EXPERIENCE

- 5-7 years in digital marketing management with experience in categories such as Makeup/Fashion/Apparel/Watches/Jewellery/ Beverages/Automobiles/Home Furnishing/High end appliances
