Role : Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits (Human Resources)

Reporting to: Head Compensation & Benefits

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various stakeholders including Group HO to implement and administer the various reward and recognition programs

- Support Continuous improvement in reward and recognition process

- Interpret taxation, regulatory statutes and modify compensation policies to ensure compliance

- Monitor compensation trends and review market data to benchmark compensation structures

- Own the annual compensation benchmarking process

- Extend support in the performance and salary review exercises

- Provide consultation, guidance, and support to HR partners and managers on compensation-related issues, such as market analysis, databases

- Own the recognition budget and programs

- Support the annual budgeting cycle

Experience:

Overall at least 5 years in HR / Compensation, preferably with a Multinational bank or financial institution.

Qualifications:

Post graduate HR qualification and evidence of continued professional development.

Core competencies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

- Demonstrate quantitative skill

- Demonstrate team management and consultancy skills

- Time management and project management skills

- Portray written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills

Technical Competencies

- Knowledge of compensation theory and methodology, legislative governance regulations , and compliance
