- Be the primary point of contact and relationship manager for the local business, country and other technology/operations leaders. The candidate must be comfortable with interacting with partners at a MD level in both written and oral English. - Manage the local technology team, expected to be around 8+ permanent staff & 15 + outsourced team. This will include responsibility for hiring, training and performance management, change management, release management & problem management. - Manage applications for critical local payments, dealing and clearing systems, regulatory & digital banking systems. This includes vendor management, BAU support, initiative planning and scoping for production activities. - Manage and plan green zone activities - Manage current and next gen Technology, - Facilitate ISS controls implementation, gap analysis & process re-engineering - Interface with local regulators, internal & external auditors to support audit and compliance reviews. - Co-ordinate and work with regional teams to implement local stability and process improvement review programs. - Manage financial forecasts and actuals. - Budgeting & SCM
