We have an urgent opening for the role of Content & Social Media Marketing Manager.  The position is  - Own content marketing initiatives (social media, blogs etc)  - Drive customer lifetime value through cross-sell and deepening through communication linked initiatives  Key Accountibilities :  - Design and undertake content marketing strategies to support the Consumer Banking business objectives  - Develop engaging content to attract and engage customers  - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce regular high-quality contents that are aligned to the retail banking customers needs  - Map out strategies and develop content for community management  - Develop editorial calendar and share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence  - Edit, proofread and improve content  - Optimise content by analysing SEO and web traffic metrics  - Keep up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends  - Trendspotting through data analysis to discover interesting trends and come up with a content calendar  Required experience -  - 4-5 years- experience as a Content Marketing/social media Manager  - Proven experience as a copy writer or blogger is a strong added advantage  - Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other customer management software  - Understand web publishing requirements  - Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preference  - Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics preferred  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Masters in Communications (MICA/Symbiosis/Xaviers/NID/MET )  Apurva S
