Required Experience: - Min 6 years of HR Operations experience, preferably within the financial services industry. Key Accountabilities: - End to end payroll and post payroll processing/activities (including global assignees/expats) - Year-end tax activities & regulatory returns Regulatory - RBI, Payroll and Establishment compliances - Financial Accounting for HRSS (GLAO) MIS Reporting - Vendor Management (Payroll, Compliance and related vendors) Retrials & Trust Management (PF & Gratuity) - Life Cycle Management Competencies: - In depth knowledge of banking: HR & employee related policies Knowledge of payroll, statutory and regulatory compliance - Knowledge of basic taxation & exposure to payroll processing - work of Indian and international payroll - Experience in RSUs/ESOP tax treatment - Service excellence & Delivery management - Excellent communication skills dealing with multiple stakeholders - Exposure to payroll tools, ERP's (Preferred experience into Peoplesoft/Workday and ADP)
