Global Indian Marketing Specialist - Fixed Term
Job Purpose:
The key objective is to own the cross border marketing segment and spectrum of communication platforms for all overseas client segment.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage and implement marketing plans and strategies for digital acquisition of global Indian clients
- Responsible for all communications sent to Global India clients / circulated internally
- Create and own - Communication Calendars for all client communication
- Work towards - Contextual marketing for client led communications for Global Indians
- Responsible for reviewing and checking efficacy of communications being sent and their impact on business
- Improvise / optimize communications to get the best outcomes on campaigns
- Liaise with agencies, associated with DBS or its subsidiaries on communication creation and be the one touch contact point for them.
- Effective stakeholder management in Global Indian banking for all communication requirements
- Handling all branch support / adhoc requirements on creatives
- Conceptualize and implement campaigns based on client segmentation, aiming better Cross-sell of wealth products to ensure greater share of wallet
- Support to enhance Client value proposition for the Global Indian offering improving client engagement across aspects like on-boarding, activation, rewards & privileges
- Arrange for periodic reviews on Communication updates and progress of the deliverables agreed
Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Responsible for generating leads
- Strategies to increase acquisition through strategic alliances and other partnership.
- Finding out opportunities in various global markets towards enhancing acquisition strategies
- Analyzing the leads received and optimization of channels.
- Manage agency partners.
- One point of contact for Global Indian communications
Required Experience- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing
- In-depth knowledge of local market and competition.
- NRI business background would be added advantage
