DBS Bank - Cyber Security & Data Governance Strategy

1. Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of Cyber Security and Data Governance Program at country level in accordance with group guidelines, regulatory guidance, industry best practices and other defined requirements.

2. Support BU/SU teams in implementing effective processes to manage (Cyber) Security risk

3. Provide 2nd layer of defence risk management oversight of the (Cyber) Security program

4. Develop and implement policies, standards and practices that are necessary to meet obligations pursuant to Cyber Security regulation in India.

5. Work with stakeholders to define (Cyber) Security risk appetite, and risk based control framework.

6. Provide support and guidance to BU's & SU's to support management of their (Cyber) Security Risk.

7. Work with stakeholders in implementation of data governance standards and controls in accordance with group guidelines. Provide advisory and execute oversight for privacy/ data protection, confidentiality, information sharing, disclosure and cross-jurisdictional transfer requirements.

8. Establish and lead the Country (Cyber) Security & Data Governance program in accordance with group guidelines, regulatory guidance, industry best practices, and other defined requirements;

9. Work with stakeholders to define policy, standards and controls, provide advisory and execute oversight for (Cyber) Security & Data Governance program at country level.

10. Develop and maintain the (Cyber) Security & Data Governance relationships with regulators and industry;

11. Track and support resolution of (Cyber) Security, Privacy & Data Governance issues and breaches;

12. Establish and manage metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of (Cyber) Security & Data Governance program in accordance with group guidelines.

Desired Profile

1. At least 10 years of relevant experience.

2. Demonstrated knowledge of (Cyber) Security, Privacy and Data governance related regulations.

3. Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders

4. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated work experience

5. Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISA / CISM

6. Sound knowledge of banking and other financial services products
