Customer Support - Treasury and Markets (on DBS Fixed Term Contract) Tasks and Responsibilities : - To help the FX/Derivative Sales team in handling client queries and executing transactions - To help in the execution of the various regulatory documentation involved in these deals - To keep the MIS and deal/customer specific databases updated and report key statistics to the team - To co-ordinate client meetings with the Sales team and to update the team about the surrounding communication Expected Skills : - Good oral and written communication skills - Good command on MS Excel and Powerpoint - High motivation and energy - Basic technical knowledge of FX/Derivative products - Preferably, desire to develop a career in Banking industry
