Job Role:
- Responsible for employee life cycle management of Non-Permanent Staff (i.e. Agency & Professional Services Resources) for DBS Bank India Ltd. & DBS Asia Hub 2 which includes; hiring, absorption, contract renewals, exit management etc.
- Enforce DBS HR Governance framework (as per group framework) for Agency (Third Party Contractors) and Professional Service Contractors in India
- Effective vendor management (staff and consultancy agency) skills
- Partner with procurement team and stakeholders to build internal processes to ensure all vendors are compliant to HR Governance Policy
- Work with HR COO team for effective HC reporting of Contingent Workforce for India
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment related operations in any Bank, IT or Fintech organisations
- Prior management of contingent workforce shall be preferred
- Incumbent must have good verbal & written communication skills
