AVP - Innovation Manager- Digital Bank and Innovation Group  Responsibilities :   - Facilitate and drive innovation programs and events  - Coach teams through innovation projects   - Support the development of innovation products and programs   - Engage, influence and drive business stakeholders in transformation   - Plan and monitor projects overall progress; resolve any issues and instigate corrective action as appropriate   - Engage and align the start-up community to deliver new value propositions for the bank   - Make a definitive impact on Asian banking while having fun  Requirements :  - Proven track record in managing change management projects   - Strong coaching / facilitation experience   - Experience of managing multiple parties including internal stakeholders and external vendors on high profile projects   - Experience in developing change management programs preferred   - Experience in Lean Start-up and Human centred design preferred   - A hands-on team player who is able to see the big picture, possesses a can-do attitude and able to handle ambiguity.   - Highly proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
