Payments industry in India and globally is undergoing fast-paced changes owing to new products driven through innovations in technology and bias towards industry participants to adopt these new changes.

DazzlePay Payments is a financial technology company based out of Mumbai. DazzlePay has an omni-channel platform which uses it proprietary payments technology to enable consumer-facing institutions and merchants in building distribution channel capabilities and deepening end-consumer engagement with the objective of building market leadership. DazzlePay is an exclusive payments partner to one of the largest FMCG companies in India.

DazzlePay is presently looking to hire energetic, passionate individual who would be heading product development for new products. The role is based in Mumbai

The role will be responsible for :

- New Product development starting from product Ideation, conceptualisation, feasibility analysis and implementation of technology/operational framework

- To liaise with all key external and internal stakeholders

- End-to-end Project management and delivery of the implementation within scheduled time-frame.

- Develop the product pricing and P&L projections

- Development of Sales Pitch and Product Manuals

- Delivery revenue and revenue growth targets for the region

- Work to initiate Strategic Alliance Partners for product distribution

Following qualifications are required :

- MBA from a premier institute

- 4 to 7 six years of work experience in the payments industry (banks, BFSI technology providers, program managers, third party processors, card networks, payment aggregators etc)

- Should have worked in customer-facing roles (product, business development, marketing, account management, customer engagement )

- Passion to learn and innovate in the core and emerging digital payments space

- Project Management expertise and demonstrated ability to drive results

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to manage strong, positive relationships with professionals at all levels within various business partner organizations - both internal and external

- Ability to drive key initiatives from concept to delivery

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Self starter with ability to work independently with little guidance
