Job Description The Manager in the Analytics team will have multiple responsibilities - ranging from Execution of Analytics projects, Supporting Business Development with existing clients and prospects, Practice Development through building new, innovative solutions and participate actively in Organizational Development. The Manager will be part of the Core Analytics team and will have an active role in shaping the strategy and future direction of the Analytics Practice as well as the Organization. Responsibilities Project Execution - Design, Execute and Manage projects in areas of Marketing Mix Modeling, Promotional Responsiveness (ROI), Segmentation/Targeting, Multi-Channel/Digital Marketing Effectiveness and multiple such ad-hoc analytics in the Pharma Commercial space - Understand and translate client requirements in terms of clearly defined deliverables with timelines - Create insightful summary and deck (storyboarding) in order to provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and DZ teams through oral and written presentations - Maintain seamless communication with client, get necessary clarifications and resolve outstanding issues proactively. - Independently work on ad-hoc projects end-to-end Business Development - Manage client relationship and pitch for new analytical opportunities within existing clients. Responsible for growing the Client relationship(s) and practice along with senior management. - Reach out to new prospects through multiple channels and showcase Company's capabilities in Analytics and allied areas. - Be active on Social media and other channels to promote Company's capabilities. Practice Development - Develop solutions to address the latest, context specific problems for Marketing, Sales and Payer teams in the pharmaceutical industry. - Develop thought leadership and write white papers, blogs in the analytics space. Should be familiar with new analytics approaches being developed. - Provide coaching and counseling in developing other resources Requirements Growth mindset - Have a growth mindset and a strong positive attitude, with an ability to work in a startup and dynamic environment. - Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to take people along. - Self-starter and not waiting for directions. Skills - Prior experience with Pharma is needed. Ideal candidate would be having a lot of experience interacting with Pharma Brand and Analytics teams and can speak / understand their language and needs. - Any Onsite experience is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of and experience in working with pharmaceutical and media data from sources such as IQVIA, SHA, Nielsen and Digital/Online. - Demonstrated skill in consulting with clients, solving their problems and becoming a trusted partner. - Strong statistical and data manipulation skills using SAS, SQL and R. - Proficient with multiple statistical methods. Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 6 years- experience preferred. - Experience in the Consulting industry - People with a blend of technical and MBA education/background desirable.
