Job Description: The Associate Consultant (AC- s) in the Analytics team will work closely with our Life Sciences/Pharma Clients in scoping business problems, designing analytics-based solutions, working closely with other Associate Consultants and Associates to deliver the solution and consulting with clients to help them generate better outcomes from the solution. Responsibilities: - Design, Execute and Manage projects in areas of Marketing Mix Modeling, Promotional Responsiveness (ROI), Segmentation/Targeting, Multi-Channel/Digital Marketing Effectiveness and multiple such ad-hoc analytics in the Pharma Commercial space - Understand and translate client requirements in terms of clearly defined deliverables with timelines - Create insightful summary and deck (storyboarding) in order to provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders. Synthesize and communicate results to clients and DZ teams through oral and written presentations - Maintain seamless communication with client, get necessary clarifications and resolve outstanding issues proactively. - Independently work on ad-hoc projects end-to-end - Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues; - Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and DZ team decision-making; - Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs; - Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on aspects of projects; - Provide client and DZ teams project status updates. - Create project deliverable and implement solutions; - Advance problem-solving skills and improve DZ's capabilities; - Guide and mentor Associates on teams.
