ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Associate Consultants (ACs) design and execute analyses to address business problems for our clients and project teams. ACs leverage their analytic skills to find data-driven insights that help our clients solve their most important business problems, and engage with clients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act on them.

Responsibilities:

- Develop Reporting and Analytical deliverables on Patient-Level Data;

- Design custom analyses in SAS to investigate and inform client needs;

- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and DZ teams through oral and written presentations;

- Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on aspects of projects;

- Provide client and DZ teams project status updates;

- Create project deliverables and implement solutions;

- Advance problem-solving skills and improve DZ's capabilities;

- Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in any quantitative science and strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required;

- 2 - 4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience.

Skills:

- 2-3 years- experience in Pharma analytics

- Must have Experienced with Patient analytics and patient data (SHA or IQVIA)

- Self-starter

- Good communication skills

- Strong SAS programming (Advanced preferred)

- SAS Certification will be a plus

- Business processes like alignment, market definition, segmentation, sales crediting, activity metrics calculation, Calculation of all sales, activity and managed care KPIs

- Experience in other Pharma data sets like Call Activity, Sales Performance monitoring, Brand Performance Monitoring, 867, DDD, and 867
