QUALIFICATION REQUIRED : B. Tech/B.E. from reputed institutes
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full Time
- 2-3 years of work experience on analytic work (use of advanced modelling projects and tools such as R, Python etc.). Knowledge of promotional channels and digital analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings. Familiarity with the application of analytics to sales, marketing, or managed markets problems .Preferably with Pharma commercial analytics experience
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct simple and advanced data analysis to help clients make good business decisions
- Work with project leadership to define project scope
- Apply advanced statistical, econometric, optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems.
- Develop new statistical models as well as provide analysis using existing models.
- Maintain the highest standards to follow the best practices and trending analytics in pharma domain
- Work with internal business teams to understand problem statement, requirements and use cases
Must Have Skills :
- Strong understanding of AI and ML algorithms with prior experience of having developed and maintained them for clients
- Understanding of different healthcare secondary and primary data sources in-depth
Software's - R, Python, SQL, SAS, Excel, PowerPoint
Skills - Regression, Forecasting, Predictive modeling, A/B Testing, Omni-channel marketing, Marketing Mix Modeling, Digital analytics, Propensity modeling
Good to Have Skills :
- Understanding of a medicine's life cycle including the development, regulatory and commercial aspects of global market
