Job Title: Delivery Manager

What you'll be doing

- Defining and publishing the project scope

- Planning the resource need and setting timelines for the release cycles

- Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members

- Facilitating daily 'stand up' meetings.

- Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders

- Presenting regular status and calling out risks, dependencies to Management

- Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture

- Managing a cross-disciplinary team

- Upholding morale and team performance in challenging circumstances

- Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables

- Ensuring timely delivery of the release in accordance with Agile methodologies

What we need from you

- Overall, 12-15 years of IT experience with min 3 -5 years as a Delivery Manager

- Experience working in Product Development/Implementation in Agile model.

- Thorough understanding of Product Life Cycle

- Track dependencies and high-integrity commitments

- Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress.

- Experience managing a team of minimum 10- 15 resources

- Basic knowledge in Java preferred.

- Basic knowledge in Devops preferred.

- Basic knowledge in Banking Domain / Capital Markets preferred.

- Good Communication skills

- Based out of Chennai and willing to work from office
