Datawrkz - Senior Growth Hacker

We are seeking a resilient and experienced Growth Hacker to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Manager in this role, you will be responsible for scaling games within the hypercasual category.

Your primary focus will be on setting up effective dashboards, measuring Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and providing insightful recommendations to our development team to enhance monetization strategies and in-app purchases.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Scale games within the hypercasual category by implementing effective growth hacking strategies.

- Set up dashboards and measure ROAS to optimize marketing campaigns.

- Provide best practices to the development team for monetization strategy and in-app purchases.

- Proficient in SKAN Attribution and familiar with tools used to acquire gaming users on iOS.

- Utilize channels outside of Google and META to scale games at competitive price points.

- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize performance and user experience.

- Perform UA price discovery within the first few days of launching campaigns and forecast spend with scalability and fluctuations in Cost Per Installs (CPI).

- Manage a team of 2 Account Managers to assist with campaign setups and execution.

- Lead the strategy development process, present strategies to management, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will report to our Associate Director of Revenue while collaborating closely with other group entities to scale various games effectively.

Requirements:.

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, particularly within the gaming industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Prior experience managing a team is desirable.
