Datawrkz is a leading Digital Marketing Solution provider for publishers, agencies and brands. The company is headquartered in the US and has a strong presence in Singapore and India.
This position is part of the leadership team at Datawrkz and is directly responsible for delivering revenue against booked orders. We require someone with strong analytical, client management, and team management skills. Candidate will oversee the functioning of the Digital Marketing Accounts and Ad Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Continually improve on Operations Strategy and Process
- Own operational aspects of all accounts and act as a long-term project manager by working closely with all internal teams
- Manage and grow team of high powered Campaign Managers (typically from Tier 1 or Tier 2 business schools)
- Leverage tribal knowledge of campaign execution across multiple digital platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, DSPs to drive pre-sales and close deals
- Share recommendations for new features, optimizations, and other methods to improve the overall user experience.
- Own relevant advertising technology partnerships including research, qualification, evaluation, negotiation and deal signing
- Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to implement Datawrkz products in a time-effective fashion
- Maintain close relationships with clients through routine follow-up and exceptional execution and service
Required Skills :
- Exceptional analytical problem solving abilities, ability to mine data for campaign performance insights is required
- Minimum of 5 years- of related experience in a DSP / Ad network / Agency Trading Desk OR 5-6 years- experience in an Analytics firm or IT firm in Project Management role
- 2+ years managing teams with highly qualified individual contributors
- Strong client-facing skills and experience
- MBA from a premier institute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about Ad Tech Industry or demonstrated interested in learning more about the Digital Marketing space
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
Desirable Skills :
- Advanced understanding and experience of current Ad-tech ecosystem with DSPs, DMPs, 3rd Party data, pixel technologies, Ad Servers, RTB is a big plus
- Experience in online media, including account management, buying, campaign strategy, and media planning
