Client Servicing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-thought-out client proposals through industry client,vertical,market and competitor analysis.
- Also seek for Clients feedback periodically.
- YPrepare crisp media plans while coordinating with all stakeholders in US Clients, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign and client success.
- Prepare in-flight and post-campaign reports to provide visibility to campaign performance and maintain client satisfaction levels.
- Analyze existing campaigns to improve delivery against KPIs.
- Drive post-sales client relationships by interacting with clients at all levels.
- Identify upsell opportunities and work either independently or through the Sales team to close additional revenue.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in client servicing in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience in handling US Clients.
- This role will be a shift based role (4 PM to 2 AM).
- Comprehensive understanding of the following channels - Search, social media, and Programmatic.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and proven ability to apply them effectively.
- Deep command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional presentation skills with proven success in presenting ideas to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Account Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts. Understand clients' business objectives and work to align services and solutions accordingly.
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis and collaborate with clients to understand their goals and challenges. Propose effective solutions that meet client needs and contribute to their success.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products or services to clients. Act as a liaison between clients and the organization to facilitate communication and project updates.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements with clients. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and commitments.
- Communication: Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns. Prepare and deliver client presentations as needed.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to enhance client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.
