Job description:

- Retain and grow business from existing customers (B2B and D2E)

- Develop and implement of plans to protect and grow business

- Generate reports for Management on actual performance

- Provide market insights

- Monitor competitor performance and strategy

- Arrest revenue leakage

- Continuously review process and suggest improvements

- Review Portals and websites
