Position Summary:

DW/BI/Analytics Sales Manager for a Europe headquartered outsourcing firm.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales plans

- Achieve the Quarterly Revenue & SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) quota

- Generate business through existing and new customer channels

- Act as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns

- Pre and post-sales support for customers

- Provide reports on a timely basis to help assess the performance of the business

- Provide input to marketing plan and function

Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT or Engineering)

- Professional Qualification or work experience in business analytics

- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales and business development experience with a successful record of achieving/over-achieving sales target.

- Work experience in any one of the domains - BFSI, CPG, Retail or Healthcare

Additional skills, knowledge and Abilities:

- A strong track record in sales/account management in a competitive environment

- Existing and strong customer relationships with customers

- Fluency in English (Must) Knowledge of a foreign language desirable

- Customer-oriented with good communication skills

- Excellent Presentation skills.

- Ability to develop relationships with customers in competitive markets.

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for winning.

- Self-starter who is able to work with minimal or no direct supervision.

- Dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, well organized, and a team player.
