Position Summary:

- The position is a Chief Delivery Officer for a Europe headquartered global analytics outsourcing start-up. We are looking for an experienced and qualified candidate who can lead, inspire, own, and manage the delivery side of our organization by working on an extensive range of projects. Needless to say, ability to work and lead in an unstructured start up environment is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for effective delivery of professional services with efficient use of various analytical models in BFS, CPG, Retail, Healthcare & Life Science and Manufacturing domains.

- Ensure world class service delivery to support customer’s needs by planning, executing & delivering analytical projects to solve business problems

- Provide thought leadership, follow industry standard best practices, drive delivery assurance and excellence, and create improvement programs to enhance service delivery performance showing continuous improvement.

- Effectively implement statistical techniques & models using SAS, SPSS etc. to understand, map & manage client queries.

- End to end project handling with expertise in risk, quality, time, cost and scope management.

- Provide support to sales by taking ownership of preparing case studies & client presentations.

- Monitors performance of client engagements as per agreed standards & achieves performance expectations.

- Manages departmental performance against agreed targets, approved budgets, policies and standards.

- Responsible for continual improvement to ensure excellence in delivery through metrics-based measurement process & define quality management principles, processes & procedures.

- Auditing client engagements to ensure compliance to quality standards, contract and customer expectations.

- Support HR by actively participating in recruitment and conducting hiring exercises of top talents.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/ Masters from Tier 1 institute with 10-15 years of overall experience in analytics or analytical environment.

- Excellent capabilities in development and deployment of statistical models/ tools.

- Extensive experience in managing projects in different phases of the life cycles including but not limited to requirements definition, design, and maintenance for B2B and B2C solution delivery

- Good knowledge & understanding of any one or more from Financial Services, CPG, Retail, Healthcare &
Life Science and Manufacturing industry.

- Ability to work comfortably in an ''entrepreneurial environment'' demanding high level of flexibility.

- Ability to confidently present and propose technical, quality and business related proposals to customer/prospect top management with action plan for execution.

- Strong track record of delivering analytics projects within time, budget and scope.

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to partner effectively across the organization and constructively engage in ''challenging conversations'' with internal and external partners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.

- Ability to partner with sales

- Assertive in relationship building with pleasant personality and strong presentation skills.

- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Team player with ability to demonstrate individual accomplishments are measured from the success of team.
