Experience Level : 10 - 15 Years
- Proven experience with roles and responsibilities
- End to end delivery ownership for all projects running under the assigned Line of Business
- Proven Experience with estimation techniques, Ability to create Project plan with detailed workflow. Challenge team members on the estimation and come up with optimized estimation.
- Proactive tracking of project status, define mitigation plans and track the same for closure
- Strong technical background to understand technical challenges/blockers/limitations, liaise with team and customer stakeholders in resolving the same with detailed plan
- Maintain project margin for projects based on the threshold set by Management and work on margin improvement
- Lead weekly/fortnightly/monthly calls with respective customer stakeholder
- Daily tracking of project status and raise flag to management team if required for resolution
- Drive training plan, cross skilling and upskilling plans
- Liaise with recruitment team for proactive hiring
- Take care of Quality control measures and ensure all projects are maintaining consistent values w.r.t code quality
- Ensure timely completion of project admin activities (timesheets, SoWs ,invoice)
- Strong knowledge on SDLC process, Agile process, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe agile
- Ability to manage aggressive customers, challenging customers through quantitative data points and detailed tracking methods
- Able to perform multi-tasking by managing multiple customers, projects
- Self-motivated, motivating team members. Establish working relationship with all peers for smother execution of project deliverables
