Mandatory

- Understanding of F&A processes, familiarity with technology and automation for solutioning

- Experience of managing Transitions for F&A processes

- Experience of due-diligence and process study

- Ability to design and then articulate bid winning solutions to potential clients

- Pricing capabilities, good written and verbal communication, customer facing experience

- Ability to work across teams at different geography and cultures.

- Ready to travel for long duration.

- Working in partnership with different teams including Sales, Delivery and technology, they need to consistently demonstrate innovation and accuracy in equal measures

- Ability to influence the outcome of sales proposal through technical innovation and differentiation

- Effective in implementation of process measures

- Should be able to Track and monitor projects

Preferred

- Played client facing roles (good if it’s international)

- Should have worked with independent numbers & KRAs
