Job Description:

- The Business Development Executive - primary responsibility includes generating new business through cold calling, lead follow-up and referrals for ABIA products through consultative selling.

Knowledge, Skill, Experience and Abilities:

1. Sense of urgency.

2. Proven track record of over achievement within sales environment

3. High level of comfort with a technology-driven, fast-paced environment that requires ability to quickly synthesize multiple sources of data.

4. Sound and up-to-date technical knowledge; familiarity with using CRM systems.

5. Outstanding negotiating and closing skills.

6. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.

7. Strong phone skills and written communications skills.

8. Professional training in sales and prospecting and qualifying techniques.

9. A proactive planner with expertise in market plan execution

10. Possess excellent team building, leadership, relationship management and analytical skill.

11. Positively promote the company in its mission and core value.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

1. Preferably MBA or equivalent.

2. 3 to 5 years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience is required.

3. Individual who has worked in the business data solution will be preferred.
