Urgently Hiring Customer Success Lead for Datagaps(product company) !

Exp: 2-5 yrs.

Location: Hyderabad (currently remote due to covid)

Notice: 0-15 days only

Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a person who wants to work in a challenging environment, where one can find a good space to learn multiple latest technologies and a very good client interaction.

- The person should be able to provide automation solutions (using our automation tools) for different kinds of customer requirements related to Data testing, and ETL testing. 2 to 5 years of ETL testing / ETL development / SQL technical customer support experience.

Required Technical Skills:

- Should have sound knowledge of the ETL process.

- Should have sound knowledge of SQL.

- Should have sound communication skills.

- Sound analytical skills.

Good to have Skills:

- Develop Healthy Customer Relationship

- Enhances Customer Training

- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.

- Hold product demonstrations for customers.

- Improve onboarding processes.

- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.

- Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients

- Encourages Customers to Upgrade their Products
