Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all India data assets and establish data governance, usage, policies and standards
- Develop data requirements and business rules for loading, storing and delivering all India consumer data
- Manage data integration initiatives that enable the integration of new and existing data for our revenue generating products
- Improve data quality strategically to fill gaps or establish competitive advantages while showing Data ROI
- Pro-actively communicate data quality and thought leadership internally and externally
- Develop metrics to track data quality on an ongoing basis including competitive benchmarks
- Build a high performance team through hiring the right talent and building the skills of existing staff
- Work closely with product, technology and operation teams to introduce new products and/or enhance existing products based on consumer data

Specific skills/experience includes:
- A passion for leveraging data to drive company growth and generate profits
- Broad knowledge of India-specific consumer and commercial data and expertise in developing leading edge search match logic
- Expert level understanding of advanced database technologies and data management techniques.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize critical issues in alignment with business objectives
- The ability to independently and proactively lead the design of analytical projects to identify data quality problems and develop creative solutions that improve the accuracy of our data assets.
- Deep consumer data expertise with credit, fraud and marketing data/
- Good business acumen and an ability to understanding of how data can be monetized to drive the profitability of a company
- Skilled in internal and external networking, negotiating, and teamwork
- Ability to effectively work and lead across cross functional groups and vertical levels of management
- Ability and willingness to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Superior leadership skills with proven record of leading high performance teams
- Ability to make well thought decisions in complex or ambiguous situations
- Ability to effectively establish a strategic vision, operating plan and goals (short term and long term)
- Proven team player that thrives on overall success of team and /or organization.
