- 15 years of Strong Data Security experience and 5 years- pre-sales experience
- Experience in Heading a practice with more than 500 consultants.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Ability to shifting priorities and manage demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience with services and solution selling, Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to prepare proposals and produce clear, concise and technically accurate responses to RFPs (functional and technical).
- The role involves business development, practice development, maintaining P&L, people competency and delivery assurance.
- Taking the Practice to the new levels which included building competency, understanding technological trends, market requirements and developing solutions in the area of Encryption, DLP, Database Access Monitoring, IRM, Tokenization and Masking, Data Classification, PKI & Key Management.
